Tears of Joy from the bottom of my heart..... on Valentines Day

I was suppose to post this on the 15th of Feb, well its better late than never!!

My heart just did a bounce.....This is a story to tell. I’ve been married for 10 years and on Valentines day my DH surprised me in such a way that my heart just took a big bounce!! He is a total romantic, and I am not, he surprises me all the time but this was a really big one. I was busy preparing for my daughters arrival most of the day and had left him alone to work on his Radios - I had tons of stuff that I needed get done. He cooked me a lovely breakfast and then said, I need to borrow your glasses, and I was like you have yours why do you want mine... and then I turned around to pick mine and there was a lovely red envelope, and below that was a huge box ... it was the Big Shot, you cannot imagine how long I was speechless! totally numb with a 32 teeth smile on my face. My heart simply bounced with multiple heart beats. So he asked, do you like what I got you? I said, Yes! several times!! so, now I will have to go get all the SU die's that I have been drooling on, mostly I wish they sell them in the UK catalogue soon!!

Thanks Valerie! will sure contact you soon, and my birthday money is burning a hole in me pocket...LOL

Busy...Busy....

Over at England Stampers we had a Valentine card mingle, browsing through for inspiration to make a sympathy card, I came across Becca's blog - Amazing Paper Grace I loved her heart card, and wanted to do it so much, could not find any directions, although she leaves very good instructions on her blog, but I tried it, after I saw another tutorial on her blog, which seemed similar - so this is my card, but I still like her card more, I hope my blog readers will like mine!! thank you for stopping by.....

Wow my Very First Blog Award

Well I got an award from my supportive upline, Michelle Allen. Please take some time and visit her blog. Well, when I wanted to sign-up with SU, I found Michelle through her blog!

I now need to pass this onto 7 fellow bloggers... well, since I am new to the UK, its been tough to make new stamping friends here. I loved stamping/crafting when I lived over in the US as well as in Dubai, but! its a big butt!! So, I have decided to give this award to the ladies I have known through my blog and who have supported me or at least have kept me sane, with their visits and compliments... well here they are, please take time to visit their blogs!

Kathryn Mc Allister - Has been my greatest support here in the UK, we met on-line through TJ, she is a very talented crafter, and a lovely person! and I have yet to meet her in person! Love you Kathy! Thanks for being my friend and support!

Another one from Botanical Blooms

I have not posted, as so much is going on in my life and I feel so over whelmed with everything that is happening around me! The Sale-a-bration workshop that I held a few days ago, went badly, not a single order - I feel really disgusted with the attitude of the ladies here, just makes me feel sick!! I usually am not a person that moans about anything, but this sure is a put me off.......

Okay enough, about that Germaine, get on with your post - I made this card a few weeks ago, when I was making the card for Kathy, but never got down to finishing it, as I did not like it - but then last night I remembered I needed a card to mail urgent so I had a go, and this is what it looks like... hope you'll like it!
